woe-is-me/ accounting??

sometimes I, like everyone else, get down in a woe-is-me mentality, thinking nothing is going right, I have nothing to show for anything, and no money to buy the things I want/"need."

And then I see someone that truly has nothing. and I feel like I've been slapped in the face with a wake-up call...or maybe that I need a slap in the face.
