back on track

I havent been very good to myself lately.
I've worked myself silly, deprived myself of sleep, eaten terribly, slacked on exercising.
and I can tell.

Im not operating as "smoothly" as normally and my mood is more "emotional" (not my perpetually-happy, cant-nobody-bring-me-down self) than normal.

So this week, Ive decided to be good at life.
Lay low (not book every night with social events), try to cook at home!, work out, go to practice, be on top of work stuff, go to bed "early" (regular time/at a decent hour), read, keep things clean, etc.

I gotta get myself back on track.
Starting tonight -- goodnight!
